MCP Environmental assisted John Robson Metals dismantling and demolition specialist with licensed asbestos removal works for a redundant substation.
The works involved a full environmental clean including removal of Asbestos Insulating Board (AIB) core lined doors that were an integral part of the substation.
All waste was responsibly disposed of in licensed landfill utilising MCP’s licensed waste carrier vehicles.
MCP asbestos removal operative working on alternate shifts to ensure the works were completed within tight timescales. Independent air monitoring was conducted to ensure the environment was safe at all times.
