MCP Environmental provided asbestos management services for St Johns and St Winefrides Church in Bradford, following a recommendation from the Diocese of Leeds Estates Department. The survey ensured compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012.
MCP’s experienced P402 surveyors ensured a thorough asbestos management survey of the estate including: presbytery, alter, boiler room, kitchen, basement and office.
St Johns and St Winefrides churches are busy community hubs with many courses and experiences offered to the local community. Surveyors liaised with estates management to survey the estates around the needs of the church and congregation to minimise any disruption.
A comprehensive PDF survey report was produced in real time, through our reporting system Alpha Tracker, to ensure the church could plan annual maintenance cycles effectively and prioritise work schemes around the church calendar.
