Radon monitoring for prestigious client
Following a succesful bidding process, MCP’s surveying operations manager Damian Godward travelled to Ireland for the first phase of our Radon monitoring programme.
Leaving Leeds Bradford Airport at 8AM for Belfast City Airport, Damian installed detectors, took photos, site notes and measurements, and returned back to Leeds Bradford Airport in the same day.
Luckily, at MCP, crossing the Irish sea by airplane or ferry is almost a weekly occurrence and we will soon be making the short journey again in 3 months time to collect the radon detectors, prior to issuing a report and detailed scope of works for mitigation should this be required.
