Clock Tower Asbestos Refurbishment Survey

Kudos by Strata, is a development of new two and four bedroom homes in Seacroft, Leeds, that offer a family friendly lifestyle just minutes from the vibrant city centre of Leeds. As part of the Kudos project, Strata have been commissioned to refurbish the Clock Tower and Clock Face.

As part of MCP’s partnership with Strata, we were commissioned to undertake an Asbestos Refurbishment survey both internally and externally, with a fast lead in time and turnaround on the survey report. Brandon, Asbestos Surveyor, and Paul, Quality Manager both visited site and completed the survey Monday 26th September, with all strings pulled in the laboratory to ensure the client received the survey report the following day and to negate any downtime lost on the project for Strata.

Tom Goodall, Assistant Cost Manager at Strata, said “MCP were approached on Thursday for a quotation to conduct the survey, and by Friday a site visit had been undertaken, Monday the survey conducted and Tuesday the report returned. We cannot be any more satisfied with the service provided, as this now ensures our scheduled work to improve the clock tower and clock face can commence”.
