In communities provide over 21,300 affordable high-quality properties across West Yorkshire. The Ravenscliffe estate required removal and replacement of timber fencing and gates to over 300 properties.
Well managed certified pressure treated timber, ensured longevity and reduced maintenance costs for In Communities, whilst ensuring responsible forestry management.
Special considerations were given for fully tenanted occupied properties, with a dedicated client liaison out of hours hotline established for tenant queries.
