MCP have conducted asbestos management re-inspections and asbestos refurbishment surveys for over 80 branches nationwide from Scotland to Plymouth prior to various refurbishment works ensuring the society’s continued compliance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012

The surveys included a thorough investigation by a P402 qualified asbestos surveyors of the customer and staff areas for the presence of any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and if located, to identify the status of the ACM for damage or disturbance.

Suspect asbestos samples were dispatched for laboratory analysis with a comprehensive survey report sent to head office.

The surveys are undertaken discretely and professionally, usually in a live retail environment. The surveyors are always courteous and respectful of our staff and customers. The survey reports produced are in a professional, simple to read format, clearly identifying any asbestos discovered and the accompanying plans and photo’s help in locating these on site.
